For shipments in the 48 contiguous states we offer:

*1st Class or Priority Mail Free over $49.00! $5.99 under $49.00 2-4 days service depending on your location. Delivery confirmation is included.

*Express Service Express Mail delivers 365 days a year. Only $19.50. 1-2 day service, depending on your location. Some remote locations could be longer. Check http://www.USPS.COM for delivery times.

Alaska and Hawaii are the same rate, and will go Priority Mail or First Class. .

Ship To Addresses:

Protect yourself from fraud! It's easy. Nearly 100% of fraudulent orders are shipped to an address other than the billing address. Take a moment and protect yourself. Call your card issuing bank at their customer service number printed on your statement. We prosecute fraudulent orders and report all credit card fraud to the Secret Service. We use address verification on each order to ensure that you are the one placing the order. This is required by credit card regulations. If you regularly receive items at work or if you are away at college you MUST call your credit card company and request that they add your work address or college address as an ALTERNATE SHIP TO ADDRESS. It takes only a couple of minutes and will protect you from unauthorized purchases. We can ship to any address you wish if we can verify the Billing address information.

Delivery

All shipments are shipped Via United States Postal Service from our facility at 16266 Ste 4 San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers FL.33908 In stock merchandise shipped same day if order received by 3:00 pm EST. Non-stock orders normally delivered in 2-4 working days.
If you require delivery by certain date, state the date in the comments section of the order form. Day of shipping is not included in delivery calculations except Express Mail Service. Saturday Delivery is included at no extra charge!

International Orders

Sorry, despite our name, due to the high fraud rate and difficulty in verifying payment/customer details, we are not shipping internationally at this time. Our system will automatically reject all Non U.S. issued credit cards. We do ship to A.P.O and F.P.O addresses only, if a U.S. issued card is used to make the purchase.

Returns

Returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Call 888.220.7751 to receive your RMA. We want you to be happy with your order. Our normal return period is 30 days from date of shipping of the item. The item must be returned in as new condition, with all boxes, warranty cards, cleaning clothes and cases that originally came with the item. Sunglasses shipped back in soft packages or bubble packs will be refused delivery even with an RMA. They will be damaged and we do not accept responsibility for poor packaging. Be sure to use a sturdy outer corrugated shipping box. ALL ITEMS WITHOUT AN RMA clearly visible on the outside of the package will be delivery refused.
